Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Stackt Digital, LLC ("Company," "We," "Us"). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Terms Previously Accepted

By purchasing Visible Value Launchpad or Visible Value Fast Track, you agreed at checkout to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and this Refund Policy. These terms were presented before purchase and are contractually binding. This Refund Policy is not retroactive or negotiable. It reflects the conditions you accepted at the time of your purchase.

2. Visible Value Launchpad ($5): 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on Visible Value Launchpad.

One email is all it takes. Within 30 calendar days of your Launchpad purchase, email team@stacktdigital.com from the email address on your account and ask for a refund. You do not have to give a reason, fill in a form, or speak to anyone.

We will refund the full amount you paid for the Launchpad to your original payment method. Your Launchpad access ends when the refund is issued, and with it your right to use the material (Section 5).

Exception: after you buy the Fast Track. The Launchpad is the required foundation for the Fast Track. Once you have purchased the Fast Track, the Launchpad is no longer refundable.

Exception: IP extraction. Any attempt to reveal, extract, copy or reconstruct Bot IP ends your access permanently and cancels your right to any refund on any Program (Terms of Service, Section 5.4).

3. Visible Value Fast Track: All Sales Final

Visible Value Fast Track is non-refundable on both payment plans. The reasons:

• Lessons, downloads and AI Bots are delivered digitally and are available the moment access is granted;
• Every Bot conversation incurs real, unrecoverable processing costs; and
• The frameworks and Bot IP cannot be returned once accessed.

Weekly Plan. Choosing the Weekly Plan is a commitment to all ten (10) weekly payments for the full price of the Fast Track. It is a payment arrangement, not a cancellable subscription. You may not cancel it to stop remaining payments. A failed payment may pause your access immediately, as described in the Terms of Service, and missed payments remain owed. Unpaid balances may be pursued through collections and legal remedy.

Access ending is not a refund event. Fast Track access lasts 70 days from purchase. Access ending on schedule, reaching a Bot usage limit, or a Bot declining an out-of-scope request is how the Program works. None of these is a defect or a ground for a refund.

4. Duplicate or Mistaken Charges

If you were charged twice for the same product, or charged in error because of a technical fault on our side, email team@stacktdigital.com within 30 days of the charge. We will refund the incorrect charge. This is not limited by Sections 2 or 3.

5. Intellectual Property Severance Upon Refund

By requesting and receiving any refund, you formally give up all rights, license and permission to use, adapt, reference, modify or repurpose any part of the refunded Program or its frameworks, including its lessons, worksheets, phrases, frameworks, visuals, tactics, naming conventions, instructional content and Bot IP. Outputs you already generated for your own business remain governed by Section 6.2 of the Terms of Service.

This intellectual property may not be used in any marketing, sales, education or client-facing materials.

6. Post-Refund Compliance

After a refund, the Company reserves the right to monitor use of its protected content through internal audits, market surveillance and third-party compliance checks, including anonymous "secret shopper" inquiries. If you are found using refunded intellectual property in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, the Company may take legal action for damages, legal fees and injunctive relief.

7. No Refunds Beyond 30 Days

Launchpad refund requests made more than 30 calendar days after the purchase date will be denied. No exceptions.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, contact team@stacktdigital.com first. We respond within 2 business days. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, or for a charge that is valid under this policy, breaches the Terms of Service you agreed to at checkout. It results in immediate loss of access to all Programs. The Company will contest the dispute with its records, including your checkout acceptance, sign-in and usage history. Amounts owed may be pursued through collections where applicable.
