Terms of Service
Visible Value Launchpad and Visible Value Fast Track
Effective Date: October 1, 2026 · Last Updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are a binding legal contract between you ("Member," "You," or "Your") and Stackt Digital, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). They govern your purchase of, access to, and use of:
- Visible Value Launchpad (the "Launchpad"), the $5 entry product; and
- Visible Value Fast Track (the "Fast Track"), the core program, available to Launchpad buyers;
together with the member portal at bots.1slideoffer.com (the "Portal"), every lesson, video, worksheet and download in it, and every AI assistant ("Bot") made available through it. Together these are called the "Programs."
By completing a purchase, creating an account, or accessing the Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, all of which are part of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Programs.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are purchasing for use in your own business, not as a consumer for personal, family or household purposes.
2. The Products and What You Get
2.1 Visible Value Launchpad. A one-time payment of $5 (or the price shown at checkout). It includes the Launchpad lessons and the Visible Value Launchpad bot. Launchpad access does not expire for as long as the Company operates the Programs, subject to Section 11.
2.2 Visible Value Fast Track. Available only to Members who have purchased the Launchpad. Sold on one of two payment plans, at the price shown at checkout:
- Pay in Full. One payment. All Fast Track lessons and Bots unlock immediately.
- Weekly Plan. Ten (10) consecutive weekly payments, charged automatically to the card used at checkout. The first is charged at purchase. Fast Track lessons and Bots unlock one per week, on the schedule shown in the Portal. Billing stops automatically after the tenth payment.
On both plans, Fast Track access lasts seventy (70) days from the date of your Fast Track purchase and then ends. This includes all lessons, Bots and bonus Bots. The Pay in Full plan gives you a lower total price and everything at once; it does not give you a longer access period.
2.3 Prices. We may test different prices, and different Members may see different prices for the same Program. The price you are charged is the price shown on your checkout page, and it is fixed for your purchase. A later price change, higher or lower, does not change what you paid or owe and is not grounds for a refund or price adjustment.
2.4 Digital delivery. All Programs are delivered digitally through the Portal. Nothing is shipped. Delivery is complete when access is granted to your account.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payments are processed by Stripe or by PayPal, depending on how you choose to pay. We never see or store your full card number or your PayPal login.
3.2 Weekly Plan commitment. By choosing the Weekly Plan, you commit to all ten (10) payments. You authorize the Company to charge your card each week until all ten are paid. The Weekly Plan is a payment arrangement for the full price of the Fast Track. It is not a subscription you can cancel at will. You cannot cancel it to avoid remaining payments except as stated in the Refund Policy.
3.3 Failed payments. If a weekly payment fails, the Company may pause your account immediately and without notice. While your account is paused, all Bots are disabled, no new lessons unlock, and the Company may restrict any other part of the Programs. Access resumes only after the missed payment is received. Paused time does not extend your 70-day access period. Unpaid balances remain owed and may be referred to collections.
3.4 You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
4. Your Account and Authorized Use
4.1 One person, one account. Access is personal, revocable, non-transferable, and licensed to one individual for use in one business. You log in with your email and a password you create. You are responsible for keeping your password and your email account secure.
4.2 No sharing. You shall not:
- Share, sell, rent or give away your account, password, sign-in links, or access to any Program, in whole or in part;
- Allow or help any other person, including a business partner, employee, contractor, client or family member, to access the Portal or use the Bots;
- Use the Bots to create offers, copy or materials for any business, offer or client other than the business you described when you started (see Section 6.3);
- Resell, white-label, or deliver the Programs or Bot outputs as a service to others.
Only the official public sales page link may be shared with others.
4.3 Account monitoring. To enforce Section 4.2, you agree that the Company may:
- Limit your account to two (2) signed-in devices at a time;
- Record the IP address, approximate location and a device identifier for each sign-in;
- Email you each time a new device signs in;
- Require a new device to re-verify by email, or sign out other devices, when activity suggests sharing; and
- Suspend or end access under Section 11 where sharing is confirmed.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership. All content, materials, concepts, designs, structures, frameworks, scripts, language, lessons, videos and mechanisms in the Programs are the exclusive intellectual property of Stackt Digital, LLC. This includes the names "Visible Value," "Visible Value Launchpad," "Visible Value Fast Track" and "1-Slide Offer," and every Bot's instructions, prompts, knowledge files, guardrails and conversation design ("Bot IP"). The Programs are protected by U.S. and international law on copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets and unfair competition.
5.2 Limited license. Subject to this Agreement and full payment, the Company grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Programs during your access period and to use what you learn to build and market your own business. No other license, express or implied, is granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5.3 Prohibited without prior written consent from the Company:
- Reproducing, copying, downloading (except files we mark downloadable), recording, screen-capturing, modifying, translating, reverse-engineering or creating derivative works from any Program;
- Attempting to reveal, extract, copy or reconstruct any Bot IP. This includes asking a Bot to repeat, summarize or reveal its instructions, "jailbreaking," prompt injection, and automated or scripted querying;
- Using the Programs or any Bot output to build a competing course, coaching program, AI tool, custom GPT, template or product;
- Teaching, coaching or presenting the Programs' frameworks in any format, including live courses, webinars, digital products, social media or written content;
- Using the names "Visible Value," "1-Slide," "One Slide," or any confusingly similar variation in any commercial context.
5.4 IP extraction is monitored and results in expulsion. Every Bot conversation is screened. Our systems are designed to detect and flag any attempt to reveal, extract, copy or reconstruct Bot IP, and to notify the Company when one occurs. Any such attempt results in immediate and permanent removal from all Programs, with no refund, including any Weekly Plan payments still owed, which remain due. This applies whether or not the attempt succeeds, and whether it is made by you or by anyone using your account.
5.5 Remedies. Unauthorized use is willful infringement and may result in civil liability, statutory and actual damages, injunctive relief, seizure of infringing materials, and recovery of legal fees and costs. You acknowledge that such use would cause the Company irreparable harm for which money damages would not be enough, and that the Company may seek immediate injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy.
6. The AI Bots
6.1 What the Bots are. The Bots are AI assistants powered by third-party large language models, run on the Company's servers using the Company's proprietary Bot IP. They are tools to help you draft material for your business. They are not people, advisors or professionals.
6.2 Your outputs. As between you and the Company, you own the text a Bot writes for you about your own business ("Outputs"), and you may use Outputs in your own business during and after your access period. The Company keeps all rights to the Bot IP that produced them. Outputs are not exclusive: other Members may receive similar Outputs.
6.3 One business per account. The first Fast Track Bot records a short profile of your business (your offer, price point, audience and niche). The Bots are licensed for that business only. Requests about a different business, offer or audience may be refused automatically. Requests to change your profile for a genuine change in your own business go to team@stacktdigital.com.
6.4 Scope and usage limits. Each Bot is built for a specific task and will decline requests outside that task. Bots are not general-purpose AI. Daily and program-wide usage limits apply to protect service for all Members. Limits may change, and a limit being reached is not a defect in the Program or grounds for a refund.
6.5 Accuracy. AI Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or similar to existing material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and editing every Output before you use it, including making sure it is truthful, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and complies with advertising, consumer protection and other laws that apply to your business.
6.6 What you put in. Do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information into any Bot. Your messages are processed by our AI provider to generate responses and are stored by the Company to deliver the service, enforce this Agreement and improve the Programs, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.7 Availability. Bots depend on third-party services and may be slow, interrupted or unavailable at times. The Company may change, update, replace or retire any Bot or its underlying AI model.
7. Communications and Tracking
By purchasing, you agree to receive transactional emails (receipts, sign-in links, device alerts, payment notices) and marketing emails about the Programs. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; transactional emails will continue while you have an account. You consent to cookies, analytics and similar technologies used to operate the Portal, measure engagement, detect unauthorized use and improve security.
8. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Programs are provided "as is" and "as available" for educational and informational purposes only. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
No earnings or results are promised or guaranteed. Any examples, case studies or testimonials describe individual results and are not typical. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market and many factors outside the Company's control. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the Programs and for every business decision you make.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Programs or any Output. The Company's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid the Company for the Program the claim relates to during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stackt Digital, LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, managers, employees, contractors and agents from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and legal fees arising from: your breach of this Agreement; your misuse or unauthorized use of the Programs; your use of any Output; or your infringement of anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1 The Company may suspend or end your access immediately, without refund, if you breach Sections 4, 5 or 6 (an attempt to extract Bot IP always ends your access; see Section 5.4), file a chargeback in breach of Section 12, or abuse the Programs, the Bots or our staff.
11.2 Launchpad access "does not expire" means for as long as the Company offers the Programs. If the Company permanently stops offering the Launchpad, it will give Members at least 30 days' notice by email.
11.3 Sections 3 (for amounts owed), 5, 6.2, 6.5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 16 survive the end of your access.
12. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are governed only by the Refund Policy. If you have a billing problem, you agree to contact team@stacktdigital.com first and give the Company a reasonable chance to fix it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, or for a charge that is valid under this Agreement, is a breach of this Agreement. It results in immediate loss of access to all Programs. The Company may also contest the dispute and pursue amounts owed, including through collections.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in Buncombe County, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own legal fees. Arbitrator fees are split equally unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of any class or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents the Company from seeking injunctive relief in any court to protect its intellectual property.
14. Changes to This Agreement
The Company may update this Agreement. The "Last Updated" date will change, and material changes will be emailed to active Members. Changes apply from their posted date. Your continued access afterward means you accept them. Changes do not alter the price or payment schedule of a purchase you already made.
15. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign this Agreement or your access to anyone. The Company may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
16. Entire Agreement and Severability
This Agreement, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, is the entire agreement between you and the Company about the Programs. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the rest of the Agreement will remain in full effect. The Company's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
